Bedroom Renovation!

So I promised myself that this summer I was going to renovate my bedroom. The only improvement its ever had since I've been living in it for 18 years is that It was painted once, thats it. No furniture rearranging or anything. My room has greyish lilac paint that looks more like a depressing gray than a purple.
brownish-pink carpet that has nail polish and makeup spilled on it from years of my recklessness.
My furniture is all wood, old, and dingy. its all beat up and starting to fall apart. I need a whole new room.
